What’s Our Forever Warranty Look Like?
When you invest in services with SureGlow Stove & Chimney, all the repairs done with a routine annual sweep and inspection will be backed by an unprecedented transferable lifetime warranty. In addition, the customer will receive a 10% discount on the normal rate.
Just keep the following in mind to ensure your warranty stays valid:
- If you transfer property, you must inform us in writing within 30 days of closing on the new home and not let there be a lapse in sweep and inspection services.
- Failure to complete the sweep and inspection within a calendar year results in the warranty being voided.
